| Step 3: | At any time, press the star key (*) to listen to previous options or other messages |
| Step 4: | Press 0 for assistance or to speak directly to line personnel during business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to midnight (Eastern Standard Time) |
| Step 5: | Outside business hours and on weekends, you can leave us a message and we will return your call early next working day |
| Step 6: | Simply hang up when you wish to end the call |
