Succession Plan
It is the policy of NPF to ensure the development of qualified people for key positions within the Personnel Support Programs (PSP) Division. Eligible employees, regardless of current Division, may apply. Visit the Succession Plan policy for more information regarding Eligibility Requirements and the Application Package.
The CFPSA Training Centre in Borden will be responsible for implementing and managing the SP process. The Centre will also be the central point of coordination for receiving, processing, and administration of all the applicants enrolled in the SP.
