Divisional Employee or Team of the Year Certificate of Merit
Criteria For Selection
To be selected, employees or teams must demonstrate outstanding support and service to the Division and satisfy one or more of the following criteria:

Increased sales and profit;
-
Reduced or more efficient operating expenses;
-
Outstanding service to customers;
-
Significantly improving staff morale and productivity;
-
Long and distinguished service to the Division;
-
Exceptional service to the military community, on behalf of the Division; and
-
Any other act or effort that enhances the credibility of, and reflects credit on the Division.
Nomination Procedures and Approval
Nominations must be in writing using the form found in Appendix 1 to Annex A to Section 18 of the Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manual. This form is classified as a PROTECTED B document on completion.
Nominations for the awards are to be signed-off as follows:

Canadian Forces Exchanges System (CANEX) - National or Regional Manager;

Service Income Security Insurance Plan (SISIP) - Vice President;
-
Personnel Support Programs (PSP) - Director, Base Commander, or delegate;
-
Finance and Informatics - Director;
-
Human Resources (HR) - Director or Regional Manager Human Resources; and
-
Internal Audit and Review (IA & R) - Vice President.
Nominations from representatives of the Environmental Chiefs of Staff and from Base Commanders may also be submitted for any of the Divisional Awards.
Detailed nominations are to be submitted to the respective Division Head by 15 March of the applicable year.
